RESCHEDUALING

In case of bad weather client has 3 days prior to their picnics to decide if they want to change to an indoor setting or reschedule it.

>Client has up to 3 month to reschedule their picnic and must be an equal or higher value.

> We have a no cancellation policy once booked.

> No refund policy 50% of picnic balance.

> Once the Dream Time Picnics team has set up the picnic, No refunds will be given.

LOST ITEMS OR DAMAGES
TO RENTAL ITEMS

> All rental items provided to the client are property of the Dream Time Picnics.

> Damages or losses rental items during the time of the booking will be reported by the client.

> If the rental items are lost/Damaged the client must pay a Lost/Damaged Fee.

SECURITY

> The client is responsible for the supervision of the Dream Time Picnics rental items until collected.

> If rental items stolen the client must contact the Dream Time Picnics Immediately.

> The client agree to cover the cost of items stolen.

> The Dream Time Picnics is not responsible for any injuries sustained where the client and or guest move incorrectly and misuse the items against recommendation or instruction of the Dream Time Picnics.

PAYMENT

> A payment is due at the time of booking. Requiring a minimum of 50% deposit to secure the clients booking. With the balance being paid during event set-up.

> Payment should be made by zelle or credit card to the Dream Time Picnics.

ALLERGIES

> We are Not responsible for Any Food Allergies.

> Please as a host, make sure all guests are not allergic to any type of food, nut and/or seafood.

ALCOHOL

> Dream Time Picnics  IS NOT responsible for any alcohol consumption during the time .

> Is it the client responsible to check any rules and regulations dealing with alcohol in any public place.

> Most public parks and beaches prohibit the consumption.
